Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, looking for longevity and the ability to grow in business. We want to hire someone with great energy and organization skills. A flexible schedule is ideal, and 3-5 years of previous experience as a store manager is a must. Knowledge of tech-equipment and computers is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are an Apple Authorized sales and service center, with locations throughout Los Angeles. We specialize in catering to the Professional Audio, Video and Graphics community. Our specialists are highly trained individuals in their respective fields, bringing a premier level of product, service and knowledge.

Coach and Develop Staff:
-Coach, develop and maximize the success of all Associates
-Build a team that works well based on the needs of the store
-Recruit and hire staff
-Ensure training of the Associate team
-Succession planning and retaining top talent

Oversee Store Profit:
-You will be responsible for an annual sales volume of over $3 million.
-Analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plans
-Ensure communication between your team
-Maintain policies and procedures
-Loss prevention

Additional Requirements:
Previous store manager experience is MUST 
-Prove your ability to increase sales and store profit
-Network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates
