Founder, CEO and President
Sandy is the CEO and President of MelroseMAC, and the driving force behind the company. Together with her husband Sean, she founded MelroseMAC in 2003 to provide superior customer service and value to the entertainment, media and creative markets. Today, Sandy remains focused on the expansion of MelroseMAC’s solutions-focused division, MelroseTEC.
MelroseMAC Founder, CEO and President, Sandy Nasseri truly went from the military to Mac. Growing up in Israel, Nasseri served as a Communications Specialist in the Israeli Defense Forces and today heads the largest west coast private Apple retailer and service provider.
After completing her time in the army, Nasseri obtained a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, yet her studies were personally motivated - both her brother and sister were deaf and her frustrations with the lack of available hearing technology were ultimately what drew her to pursue a career in the tech industry. After college Nasseri got her start at Steadi Systems, a production company in Hollywood where she enjoyed fixing computers, specifically the Apple 9600 and Apple 9500. During her time at Steadi Systems, Nasseri was drawn to the lack of adequate servicing options for Apple products and in 2003 MelroseMAC was born with the goal of becoming a premiere Apple solutions provider, offering a level of service and expertise that was previously unavailable.
What started from Nasseri's desire to fill a void in the industry quickly led to MelroseMAC becoming the largest private independent Apple retailer on the west coast. In 2011, the brand continued to expand, exploring additional integration and solution services to offer to production houses and trailer companies through its new division, MelroseTEC. Today this sector of MelroseMAC continues to expand with clients such as Warner Bros, Sony, FOX, CBS, Toyota, and Delux. In addition, MelroseMAC currently has three locations throughout Los Angeles and continues to grow.
In addition to her active role as CEO and President, Nasseri is a seasoned speaker and panelist, speaking at events such as the CBS Diversity Meeting and the Hollywood Post Alliance. She is the President of the AVID ACA Reseller Board and is also on the AVID Security Team. MelroseMAC continues to be a premiere source of technology solutions for consumers and industry professionals. Apple awarded MelroseMAC the Fastest Growing Reseller (2008 - 2012).
Nasseri resides in Los Angeles and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time she loves gardening, collecting orchids, traveling and skiing. Nasseri also supports many charities that are personally important to her including serving on the Board of Directors at the Book Foundation and the World Animal Protection International.
